have distinguished Lanson as a great Champagne House
reputed particularly for its Vintage champagnes.
A supreme example of fall-bodied wine exhibiting delicacy
and elegance. Best enjoyed at special meal occasions,
particulary suited to accompany fish and white meat.
Blend : 47% Chardonnay, 53% Pinot Noir
Crus : Avize, Cramant, Chouilly, le Mesnil-sur-Oger,
Ageing : 5 years minimum
To the eye : A straw yellow-colour, slightly amber.
On the nose : Aromas of dried fig, apricot and pear,
mixed with overtones of biscuit.
On the palate : Delicate attack, great fullness and
a satisfying, lively finish.
